Sanitrade Building-Food waste vacuum collecting system

The fully automatic system makes work efficient, easy and hygienic. The transport is based on vacuum technology, and consists of local macerator units and one pump unit. The macerator units are equipped with waste hoppers and local operation panels. Vacuum is generated by a special pump and the collected food waste (particle size less than 10 mm) is then stored in the holding tank. From the holding tank the food waste can be pumped into the dewatering unit. Tank is also equipped with outlet connection for vacuum truck emptying.
